Jean-Sébastien David, COO of Arianne Phosphate Inc., spearheads the development of the Lac à Paul mining project (Flag ship project) in the Saguenay region of Quebec, Canada. Previously, as the VP of Sustainable Development at Osisko Mining Corporation (2007-2012), he played a pivotal role in securing vital authorizations for the Canadian Malartic Project. His expertise spans project evaluation, strategic consultations with regulatory bodies, and fruitful negotiations with diverse stakeholders, including First Nations groups. He has also been a driving force behind the formulation and execution of sustainable development policies. With a career spanning various roles in mining, forestry, and environmental operations, Jean-Sebastien’s journey began at Nutrinor in 1993 and continued with stints at IAMGOLD, Cambior, and Louisiana-Pacific. His academic foundation, a BA in Geology and a Masters in Project Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, complements his practical experience, making him a dedicated advocate for sustainability and innovation in the natural resource industry.
Mr. Anthony Glavac has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, including over 12 years in the mining industry. Since 2018, Mr. Glavac has served as Chief Financial Officer for Falco Resources Ltd. and previously served as Director, Financial Reporting and Internal Controls at Dynacor Gold Mines and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Prior to joining Alderon, Mr. Glavac spent 10 years at KPMG, working with both public and private companies, providing audit, taxation, strategic advisory and public offering services. Mr. Glavac is also involved with other public companies in the mining industry.
