MDN Inc.: Update on the Exploration Program on Samaqua

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – Dec. 15, 2014) – MDN Inc. (TSX:MDN) (the “Company”) wishes to make an update on the exploration activities on its wholly-owned Samaqua property. The Company also completed an induced-polarization ground geophysical survey in November which allowed to target new structures and to define the previously identified targets.

The Company is currently waiting for the permit to start the drilling activities on Samaqua while the service providers are preparing to begin. A total of 1,500m of drilling is intended and the first hole is scheduled to be drilled beginning of January 2015.

MDN Inc. is a mining exploration and development company with properties in Quebec and Tanzania. In Quebec, MDN holds a 72.5% interest in Crevier Minerals Inc., which owns a NI 43-101 niobium-tantalum resource that is presently undergoing a feasibility study.
